2. The petitioner, who successfully passed her matriculation examination in the year 2022 from the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna completed her vocational training (N.C.V.T.) and State Council for vocational training course, which is held equivalent to the intermediate, in terms with Memo No. 09 dated 09.07.2018, issued under the signature of Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.
3. After having completed the aforenoted course, the petitioner also appeared in the examination of 12th/intermediate conducted by Bihar School Examination Committee Patna and Industrial Training Higher Secondary Level Language Examination, 2024 for the subject of Hindi and English and successfully passed the examination and obtained the certificate.
4. Having obtained the 12th pass certificate, she appeared in the examination of JEE (Main), 2025 and according to the percentile obtained in the examination, a certificate has also been issued in her favour under the signature of Director, National Testing Agency. The petitioner was allowed to appear in counseling duly conducted by Bihar Comb
