4 29-01-2026 Heard Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Vinay Krishna Tripthy, learned Advocate representing the Central Board of Secondary Education.
2. The petitioner represented through his natural guardian has approached this Court seeking a direction commanding upon the respondent Board to forthwith take all necessary steps and make necessary arrangement to enable the petitioner to duly submit his examination form for the Matriculation/Class 10th Examination for the Academic Year
2025-2026.
3. On the last occasion, when the matter was taken up, Mr. Tripthy learned Advocate for the Board apprise this Court that the matter with regard to the petitioner for allowing him to appear in the ensuing Board Examination for the Academic Year 2025-2026 is pending consideration before the CBSE Headquarter and it was expected that they will take a decision shortly.
4. Today, this Court has informed that now the Board has taken a conscious decision to allow the petitioner to appear in the Matriculation Examination for the Academic Year 2025-
2026.
