2. It is submitted that despite the communication made by Pharmacy Council of India and a request made to the Controller of Examination, Diploma in Pharmacy, Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Patna to declare the result of the students who were admitted during the 2021-22 and 2022-23 Academic Sessions at Patna College of Pharmacy and Champaran College of Pharmacy, till date, the result of the students of the petitioner’s institution for the Academic Session 2021-23 (Part-II) has not been published. It has further been apprised by the Pharmacy Council of India that the afore-noted request has been made in compliance to the order of this Court dated 27.06.2024 and 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1206 of 2024 and 7583 of 2024. The Council further clarified that they shall consider the claim of the students for grant of consequential benefits only upon receipt of the required details from the institution/examining authority.
