5 30-01-2026 Heard learned Advocate for the respective parties.
2. In compliance with the order of this Court, a supplementary show-cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar (opposite party no.3) with the averments that necessary actions have been taken and the petitioner has been paid certain amount under Group Insurance Scheme, General Provident Fund, Leave Encashment as well as Gratuity.
3. It is further stated that the petitioner has been allowed provisional pension till September, 2025. The concerned opposite party further vide Memo No. 682 dated 15.09.2025 has requested the office of the Accountant General to issue sanction order in favour of the petitioner for payment of full pension and gratuity enclosing the pension papers and original service book of the petitioner.
