2 28-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail, apprehending his arrest, in connection with Jale P.S. Case No.190 of 2025, dated.09.10.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 75, 303(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per allegation, altercation took place between the informant’s side and the Petitioner’s side on account of land dispute, causing simple injury on the person of the Informant and his family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that on account account of land dispute altercation took place, in which both the sides got injury and the case and counter case from both the sides. The counter case filed by the Petitioner’s side bears Jale P.S. Case No.191 of
2025.
5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the bail petition that the petitioner has not moved this Court earlier either for anticipatory bail or regular one in the instant case.
