Restoration of appeals based on compliance with court orders is upheld if valid reasons are presented.

3 16-01-2026 This application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 509 of 1989 to its original file and number which was dismissed for default on 07.12.2022 for non- compliance of peremptory order dated 09.11.2022 passed by this Court, whereby four weeks’ peremptory time was granted to comply the office note dated 07.11.2022.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Second Appeal No. 509 of 1989 is restored to its original file and number.

3. The instant restoration application stands allowed.
