2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 21 , 22 of the N.D.P.S.

Act.

3. The allegation is of recovery of 5.7 litres Codeine Phosphate & Triprolidine Hydrochloride Syrup, 384 pieces of Symdex Plus tablets and 300 pieces of Nitrazepam tablet IP 10mg (Nictor-10) from the house of Ilsad @ Irshad @ Kariya and Samim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is the son of Ilsad @

Irshad @ Kariya and Samim from whose house 5.7 litres Codeine Phosphate & Triprolidine Hydrochloride Syrup, 384 pieces of Symdex Plus tablets and 300 pieces of Nitrazepam tablet IP 10mg (Nictor-10) has been recovered. The petitioner being son of Ilsad @ Irshad @ Kariya has been falsely made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
