2 28-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 476 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 108 , 80, 238, 3(5), 137(2), 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .

3. The prosecution case, in short is that the informant has suspicion that the petitioner along with Narendra Kumar (husband of the deceased) and other co-accused persons had killed Khusbu Kumari. It is further alleged that the petitioner has love affair with the husband of Khusbu Kumari (deceased).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a young lady and an employee of the husband of the deceased. It is next submitted that the petitioner is neither the relative of the deceased nor she has any concern with the said incident.
