No. 07 of 2025 This application has been filed for substituting the names of heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 2 namely, Mangan Sah who died on 02.12.2025 leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives whose details are mentioned in paragraph 2 of the said application.

2. This application has been filed on 23.12.2025 i.e.

well within the statutory period of limitation.

3. In the aforesaid facts and averments made in this application, the I.A. No. 07 of 2025 is allowed.

4. Office is directed to delete the name of deceased respondent no. 2 namely, Mangan Sah and substitute the name of his heirs and legal representatives in his place.

5. Issue appeal notice to the newly substituted heirs of deceased respondent no. 2 under registered cover with A/D as well as through ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
