2. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the matter has already been compromised between the parties outside the court during the pendency of Execution Case No. 01 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Siwan. As such, he wants to withdraw the instant Second Appeal.
3. In such view of the matter, the instant Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
