1. The instant application has been filed for substitution of the sole petitioner on account of his death on
28.12.2017.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the prayer made in the instant application is allowed.
3. It is directed that the name of the sole petitioner be expunged from the records of the instant case on account of his death on 28.12.2017 and be substituted by his legal heirs i.e. his daughter and son, details of whom are as follows :-
“(i) Shikha Mayuri aged about 23 years, female, daughter of Ram Bali Bhagat, Resident of Village- Khalilpur, P.S.
Pratappur, District Muzaffarpur.
(ii) Utsav Raj aged about 10 years, male, Son of Ram Bali Bhagat, Resident of Village- Khalilpur, P.S. Pratappur, District Muzaffarpur.”
