Withdrawal of writ application due to subsequent communication resolves earlier grievances related to adverse entries in appraisal.

Headnote:The judgment addresses the relief sought by the petitioner regarding various office memoranda issued by the Sashastra Seema Bal, citing adverse entries in the Appraisal Report. The petitioner subsequently sought to withdraw the application following a subsequent communication from the Ministry as recorded. The court acknowledges this withdrawal, leading to the conclusion of the matter as disposed of. The core issue was the legality of the office memoranda concerning the petitioner's appraisal. It was determined that the application was no longer pursued by the petitioner, resulting in the ruling of withdrawal.
