2 20-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State .

2. The petitioner is apprehending their arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 188, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case, informant Pawan Kumar Rajak, ASI made a written report to the S.H.O., Pandarak Police Station on 18.02.2024 stating that informant proceeded to village Bhuapur alongwith Police party to investigate Pandarak P.S. Case No. 40 / 24 as investigating officer where he got secret information that petitioners are said to have organized Saraswati Puja in village without getting appropriate permission from the competent authority. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused Golu Yadav, Rajeev Yadav, Anuj Yadav and Sato Yadav are said to have fired indiscriminately which hit chaukidar namely Arun Paswan and other person namely Rohit Kumar.
