2 22-01-2026 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 , 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the complaint case, the accused persons, including this petitioner, in criminal conspiracy, dishonestly executed sale deed by claiming right and title over the parking space of the complainant and sold the same.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the only daughter-in-law of the actual owner of the land in question, i.e. Shanti Devi and complainant is the developer. The land in question is not related to the complainant rather it is the complainant who in order to capture whole land of the petitioner falsely implicated her in the present case. It is further submitted that from land revenue receipts of the year 2008 and 2024 it is crystal clear that portion measuring 24.83 decimal on which the agreement has been executed and the land left in question measuring 7.73 decimal belongs to Shanti Devi.
