4 30-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 , 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. Earlier, the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78720 of 2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. As a matter of fact, for the same occurrence, wife of this petitioner lodged an F.I.R. bearing Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 360 of 2023 against informant and others, in which petitioner received severe injuries and only with a view to save their skin from the aforesaid case, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2024.
