2 30-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(2), 103, 351(2), 61(2)

and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act . 3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on

29.07.2025 at about 6 PM, while father of informant was returning home and reached near Kemra village in an auto, in the meantime, co-accused Arun Ram, Manoj Ram, Uday Kumar and Vikas Ram, all armed with pistols, stopped the auto and fired upon father of informant as a result of which, he died. It is further alleged that all other F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, are also involved in the offence and prior to the incident, co-accused Raghunandan Ram and this petitioner threatened the father of informant of dire consequences on his way back home.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceas
