2 04-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(2), 308(3), 308(4), 119(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita .

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner and other co-accused persons had fraudulently created forged documents of the land of informant and subsequently, sold and purchased the said land from one another. It is further alleged that, thereafter, petitioner along with other accused persons having arms came at the land of informant with intention to grab the land and threatened the informant

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is only alleged to be the identifier of the sale deed and co- accused Kundan Kumar and Suresh Prasad who are the alleged buyer and seller of the land in question have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 24.12.2025 and 05.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86173 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 88269 of 2025
