3 05-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 338, 339, 340(2), 344, 61(2), 308(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the FIR is that a forged document was created by the co-accused Nirmala Devi and her daugther in connivance with co-accused, Dr. Mritunjay Kumar, executed a sale deed in relation to the said land in favour of co-accused, Chandan Kumar.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is alleged to be only witness of the sale deed. They are not the beneficiaries of the alleged transactions. Title Suit No. 366/2024 is also pending against the co-accused Chandan Kumar and others. Similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 19.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88979 of 2025.
