2 28-01-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Adapur P.S.Case No.275 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 80, 61(2), 85 and

3(5) of BNS , 2023 and Sections ¾ of D.P. Act .

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the marriage of the daughter of the informant, namely, Mira Kumari (deceased) was solemnized with co-accused Deepak Kumar on 09.03.2019 but after the marriage, the petitioners and the co-

accused started torturing and assaulting her due to non- fulfilment of the demand of the dowry and on 15.07.2025, the informant came to know that the accused persons have strangulated her.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the husband of the deceased namely Deepak Kumar has himself surrendered before the learned district court on 06.11.2025 and since then he is in judicial custody. Learned counsel further submitted that due to severe depression and anxiety, the deceased has committed suicide.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently oppos
