2 29-01-2026 Heard Mr. Satish Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AC to Government Pleader (03) for the State.
2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:-
“1) That, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble High Court for the (A) A writ in the nature of certiorary/mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions for (i) To pay compensation amount to the petitioenr with respect to her acquired land bearing Khata no. 71, Plot no. 174, area 11.45 decimal and Khata no. 71 Plot no. 90 area 4.57 decimal total area16.02 decimal situated at village Mouza-Sandalpur, falling within Muffasil Police Station, District-Munger forthwith upto date panel interest.
(ii) To pay compensation amount to the petitioner for unnecessary harassing her for getting payment of her land acquired by the State govt. for constructing the Hospital over the land of the petitioner.
(B) To any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitle too.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to fill up the required form, to receive the compensation for the total area of land appertaining to Khata No.71, Plot No.174, Area 11.45 Dismil and Khata No. 71, Plot No.90, Area 4.57 Dismil (Total Area 16.02 Dismil) situated at Village Sandalpur, District Munger, before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Munger.
4. Considering the aforesaid information, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Munger after verifying the records and the required documents, is directed to make the required payment of compensation to the petitioner in respect of the land

5. In case he fails to redress the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector along with the petition, so that, the District Magistrate – cum – Collector may take conscious decision and redress the grievance of the petitioner for the relief(s), as prayed for in the present writ petition, will within a period of six weeks.
6. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
