5 30-01-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3.
appearing on behalf of the petitioner (informant of Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 35 of 2009) informs that the petitioner/informant has now knowledge about the order dated 30.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3015 of 2024 and to comply with the order, as well as, to buy peace of mind, the informant/petitioner is ready to participate in the mediation and will appear before the learned Mediator as and when required. He further submitted that the O.P. No.2 (petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 3015 of 2024) has also admitted that the dispute in respect of money transaction can be resolved amicably outside the court and he is only required to return a sum of Rs. 8,55,000/- as the informant has received Rs.1,40,000/- before the order dated
30.08.2025 was passed.
3. As the informant (petitioner) has already appeared before this Court and he is ready to resolve the dispute by way of mediation, I don’t find that the order dated 30.08.2025 is required to be modified in any manner or the Superint
