2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since

12.10.2025, in connection with Gaurichack P.S. Case No. 698 of 2025, F.I.R. dated 10.10.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S.

3. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of loot is against unknown.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has been transpired on the basis of secret information and thereafter the police has conducted raid to the house of the petitioner and co-accused person and the police has recovered the looted amount from the house of co-accused and the house of the petitioner.
