2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since
21.06.2025 in connection with Jaitpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, F.I.R. dated 05.06.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 80 , 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. According to prosecution case, petitioner and other co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the informant’s sister due to non-fulfillment of demand of one Bullet Motorcycle as dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. and the petitioner has been made accused in the present case merely on the ground that he is husband of the deceased. It appears from the F.I.R. that the date of marriage is 29.11.2019 and date of occurrence as mentioned in the F.I.R. is
