4 21-01-2026 Heard Mr. Md Danish Quamar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Binod Kumar, learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since
18.08.2025, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 23.01.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 , 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The victim was recovered and her statement under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. , 2023 was recorded in which she has not supported the case of the prosecution
