22.05.2025, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 444 of 2025, F.I.R. dated 20.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed fraud and cheating amounting to Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rs.
