2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since
01.07.2025, in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 441 of 2025, F.I.R. dated 15.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 352, 109, 74, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S. , 2023.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the mother of the informant by means of iron rod due to which she sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
