2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

“for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions, relief/reliefs in the nature of Mandamus fofor issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions, relief/relies in the nature of Mandamus for this deter-mining compensation in area atr this determining compensation in this Amnour at P.S./Circle Officer Amnour under Amnour thana no. 244 of bearing Tauzi no. 2293 of the Sub-Registry Office Madhoura, District-Saran and this land of the pertaining of the Khata no. 423 of Plot no. 1238 of this and total area is 0.3-0.0 (Three Katha land only).”

3. The counter-affidavit of the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran filed in the year 2019 narrated in paragraph nos. 6 and 7 that after verification, it came to light that khata no. 423, plot no. 1238 is also part of the acquisition and accordingly, the Project Director, National Highway 102 was repeatedly reminded without any positive information.

4. The State-respondents are duty bound to bring on record the present development in the matter inasmuch as the payment with regard to the aforesaid plot has been made or not.

5. Since there is no appearance on behalf of the National Highway, issue notice to the respondent no. 5, the Project Director, N.H. 102, Saran, Bihar through both processes i.e. ordinary as well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within a period of two weeks failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

6. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands dismissed, subsequently, the same be posted under the heading ‘To be Mentioned’.

7. List this case on 23.02.2026.

8. If the State fails to file supplementary counter-

affidavit before the next date of hearing, it shall be depositing Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
