2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

“(i) for issuance of an appropriate order/orders direction/directions/writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to respondents to implement the order dated 13.11.01 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhagalpur in MP No. 190/2000 (Shyam Deo Jha vs. Sahina Devi and others as well as notice dated 20.11.2022 issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Sultanganj, District-Bhagalpur with regard to removed the hut 10 dhurs of land of Khesra No. 507 under Khata No. 587, Thana No. 190, Mauza-Kumaitha by the respondent no.

5 to 7.

(ii) and further be pleased to grant other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for.”

I.A. No. 01 of 2025 and I.A. No. 02 of 2025

3. The aforesaid two Interlocutory Applications have been preferred for condoning the delay in filing the I.A. No. 01 of 2025 for substitution of respondent no.5, Sahimita Devi who died in the year leaving behind the heirs as recorded in paragraph no.4 as follows:

I. Devendra Jha (Husband)

II. Vishnukant Jha (Son)

III. Shashi Jha (Son)

IV. Chandra Shekhar Jha (Son)

V. Sanjay Jha (Son)

All are resident of village-Shyampur, P.S.

Bath, District-Bhagalpur.

4. There is no objection from the other side.

5. In that background, both the aforesaid Interlocutory Applications are allowed, let the name of respondent no.5, Sahimita Devi is substituted with that of heirs as recorded above.

6. Office to do the needful. CWJC No. 18706 of 2013

7. List this case under appropriate heading.
