2 13-01-2026 Heard Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State beside learned counsel representing the respondent no. 8 to 10.

2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

“(i) to set aside the order dated

28.07.2025 as passed in Bhoodan Parcha Cancellation Case No.11/2025-26 by the learned Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Rajauli, Nawada (Respondent No.6) whereby the Parwana bearing Parwana No.202754 dated 22.08.1970 granted/issued to the Parwana holder namely Kishun Ravidas, ancestor of the petitioner herein against the land situated at Mauja-Jhirjho, Thana No.184, Khata No.589 (old)/1603 (new), Khesra No.5984/9108, 5985/9111, 5941/9114 having an area of 4.01 Acre by the Bhoodan Yagya Committee (Respondent No.7 and 10) has been canceled.

(ii) further to set aside the order dated

23.09.2025 as passed in JBCA No.65/2025-26 by learned Additional Collector, Nawada (respondent no.5) canceling the Jamabandi bearing Jamabandi no. 7/5 created with regard to the land situated at Mauja-Jhirjho, Thana No.184, Khata No.589 (old)/1603 (new), Khesra No.5984/9108, 5985/9111, 5941/9114 having an area of 4.01 Acre in connection with one Late Prabhu Chaudhary, the ancestor of the petitioners herein.

(iii) And further a writ in the nature of prohibition be issued directing and commanding to the respondents concerned as well as to the local authorities, to not disturb the peaceful possession of the land in question of the petitioners herein.

(iv) and during pendency of the writ application the operation of the order(s) dated 28.07.2025 and 23.09.2025 may kindly be stayed.

(v) and, any other relief(s) may be granted to the petitioners for which they are entitled to in accordance with law.”

3. Let the respondent no. 4 and 9 file their respective affidavit in next six weeks. The petitioner to file reply in next two weeks.

4. Failure to file reply, the aforesaid respondents are duty bound to pay Rs.2,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. List this case on 10.03.2026.
