2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

“(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents particularly the respondent no. 2 to 4 to exclude and release the lands of the petitioners, exclusively owned and possessed by them since 1945, i.e. decades back, erroneously clubbed with the lands of one Ram Bahadur Singh, against whom a Ceiling Case No. 13/75-76 was started which after his death ended in the name of his heirs Late Sumitra Devi (his wife, now deceased) and his sons Amar Nath Singh and Jitendra Nath Singh by final publication under Section 15(1) of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, hereinafter to be referred as 'the Act, declaring the separates properties of other property holders including the petitioners, as Surplus Land of Late Ram Bahadur Singh and his heirs and descendants vide aforesaid land Ceiling Case No. 13/75-76 initiated against them only and;

(ii) be further pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing of the order dated 19/11/2013 passed by the then Learned Minister for Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna in Miscellaneous Case No. 01/2008 [of District- Begusarai] "Ram Sakha Singh and others Vs. The State of Bihar & Others" by which he dismissed the aforesaid Misc. Case of the petitioners filed u/s- 45(B) of 'the Act for releasing the lands of the petitioners and/or;

(iii) Be further pleased to pass such other order/orders, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.”

4. Since all the respondents are State, no notice required.

5. Pleadings to be exchanged in six months.

6. Rule is made returnable within a period of one year.
