2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
“(i) for quashing the order dated
16/05/03 passed in Mutation Appeal No-2/97-98 by the learned DCLR, Barh, Patna whereby the learned DCLR has review his own order dated 08/04/01 passed in earlier Mutation Appeal No-
6/96-97/2/98-99.
(ii) for the direction may given to maintain the order dated 08/04/01 passed in Mutation Appeal No-6/96-97/2/98-99 by learned DCLR, Barh, Patna with regard to the same land.
(iii) for restrain the private respondent from interfering the peaceful possession of the petitioner till the disposal of the present writ application.
(iv) for any other relief/relief's for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been preferred for substitution of respondent no.9 and 10 namely Rajkumari Devi and Madan Singh respectively with that of the heirs as recorded paragraph no.2 of the petition as follows:

4. There is no objection from the other side, in that background, the respondent no.9 and respondent no.10 namely Rajkumari Devi and Madan Singh be substituted by the heirs as recorded above.
