10 12-02-2026 I.A. No. 01 of 2026 Heard Ms. Sheshadri Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Anjali Singh for the respondent no. 2.

2. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been preferred for deleting the name of the opposite party no. 3, Sri Lal Muni Singh who according to the petitioner, died two years ago leaving behind the heirs as under:

“(a) Surendra Singh s/o late Sri Lal Muni Singh;

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that neither the date is available nor the status of the wife of late Lal Muni Singh has been recorded whether she is alive, in that case, she has to be impleaded and/or is dead, in that case, date of death has to be mentioned.

4. In that background, so far as I.A. No. 01 of 2026 is concerned, the petitioner has to file supplementary affidavit on the points recorded above within four weeks’ failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

5. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands dismissed, subsequently, the same be posted under the heading ‘To be Mentioned’.

I.A. No. 02 of 2026

6. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been preferred for deleting the name of sole petitioner, Parmeshwari Devi who died on 27.05.2025 leaving behind the heir Ram Parikshan Singh (s/o Late Ramdeo Singh, Resident of Village – Sadikpur, Maraul, P.O. - Sadikpur Maraul, P.S. Sakra, District –

Muzaffarpur).

7. There is no objection from the other side.

8. In that background, I.A. No. 02 of 2026 stands allowed. Let the name of the sole petitioner be substituted by the heir, Ram Parikshan Singh.

9. Office to do the needful.

10. List this case on 12.03.2026 allowing the learned counsel for the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit regarding I.A. No. 01 of 2026.
