2 12-02-2026 Heard Mr. Madhav Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) an appropriate writ may be issued declaring the act of the respondents is illegal, bad in law, unjustified, unenforceable and null and void ab initio in law;

(ii) an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued directing the respondents to maintain the status quo learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna (Annexure-P/6) in the BLT Case No.645 of 2024 for maintaining the status quo on the land in question in the BMT Case No.645 of 2024;

(iii) an appropriate writ may be issued directing the respondents not to disturb the ownership and peaceful possession of the petitioners as the lands of the petitioners are the part of the land in question of the BLT Case No.645 of

2024;

(iv) any other writ/writs, order/orders of direction/directions as the facts and circumstances of the case may require and deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court may also be issued.

3. Issue notice to respondent no.7 to 10 both by registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

4. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands rejected, the same be posted under the heading "To be Mentioned".

5. List this case on 09.04.2026.
