6 17-02-2026 Re: I.A. No. 1 of 2025 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Letters Patent Appeal. The Stamp Reporter has pointed out that there is a delay of 100 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal.

2. Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 on the question of limitation, through ordinary process as well as registered post with A.D., for which requisites etc. be filed within a week.

3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present Letters Patent Appeal is connected with L.P.A. No. 40 of 2025 and L.P.A. No. 41 of 2025, arising out of the same impugned order.

4. List this matter for consideration on the point for condonation of delay on 31.03.2026 along with L.P.A. No. 40 of

2025 and L.P.A. No. 41 of 2025.

Objection, if any to the delay condonation application be filed in the meantime.

Learned counsel for the State submits that inadvertently the Bihar Public Service Commission has been arrayed as Appellant Nos. 6 to 9 and when the defect has been pointed out, the same has been removed and now the Bihar Public Service Commission has been arrayed as Respondent Nos. 9 to 12 and a fresh cause title has been filed, which is already on record.

6. Let the amended cause title filed by the learned counsel for the State on 12^th of February, 2026 showing the Bihar Public Service Commission as Respondent Nos. 9 to 12 be placed along with the memo of appeal.

7. Learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission is present.
