This application for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Khutauna Police Station Case No. 62 of 2025, disclosing offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 137(2), 87, 96, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that on 25.04.2025 at abo
