2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.59 of 2025, arising out of Bargainia P.S. Case no.105 of 2023 registered under sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is stated that seeing the police personnel, while three accused persons managed to escape, two were caught.
