2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial Case No. 889/2025/27/2025 arising out of Sherghati P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 109 & 309(6) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier vide order dated 16.04.2025, passed in Cr. Misc.
