2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 (1) /3 (5) of B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, on 24.04.2025, the informant’s son left home for some work but did not return. Upon search, the informant received information from a local resident that the dead body of a person was lying in the drain at Ghasiyari Gali.
