againsts the judgment and order of sentence dated 25.8.2023 and 29.8.2023 passed in S.Tr. No.89/021 arising out of Ghosi P.S.Case No. 34/020 by Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III,Jehanabad whereby and where under the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three years U/S 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act and fine of Rs.5000/-and in default of payment of fine he shall further undergo Simple imprisonment for the period three month and further convicted and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years and fine Rs.10,000/- U/S 25(1-AA) of
