Date : 16-02-2026 This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by Mohammad Shabbir @ Md. Shabbir Alam and others challenging the order dated 08.10.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWJC No. 10935 of 2021 in quashing the advertisement dated 06.10.2019 issued by the Secretary, Governing Body, Mirza Ghalib College, Gaya and directing the Governing Body to issue fresh advertisement and to constitute a selection Committee afresh in compliance of the provision of the Bihar Universities Act and to take further necessary steps in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition was filed by Reena Kumari and Mozaffar Ahmad (respondent no.9) seeking the following reliefs:
