2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the legal heirs of Respondent (deceased) NO. 8 be substituted by his legal heirs.
3. Accordingly, Interlocutory Application No. 02 of 2026 stands allowed.
Re : Civil Misc. No. 531 of 2020 It appears that vide order dated 16.12.2025, in paragraph No. 2 of the order, it has wrongly been typed as respondent No. 5(i) and 05 instead of Respondent No.
5(i) and 7.
2. In view of the above, let the second paragraph of the order dated 16.12.2025 be read as “2. In view of the above, let the notice served upon respondent No. 5(i) & 07 be treated as validly served to them, on the ground of refusal.”
3. The order dated 16.12.2025 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
4. Put up this case thereafter.
