2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

“(i) for issuance of appropriate writs for setting aside the order dated 27.01.2026 passed in Mutation Case No.2408/2025-26, passed by the Circle Officer, Naubatpur, whereby Jamabandi has been created in favour of applicant namely Pramod Kumar without considering the fact that the Jamabandi of the petitioners already running in the name of petitioners for the land in question, since long and further the Jamabandi was created in favour of ancestors of the petitioners since last 65-70 years.
