5 13-03-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
“(i) For issuance of writ mandamus directing the respondent authorities to dispose of her representation dated 13.05.2024 as contained in annexure P3, filed by her before them for payment of compensation amount for the piece of land bearing Khata No. 14, Plot No. - 260, Thana No. 560, measuring 26 Dismal situated at Aurangabad, District - Aurangabad, acquired by them for construction of N.H.-19.
(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to verify and initiate land acquisition case for the land bearing Khata No. 14, Plot No. 260, Thana No. - 560, measuring 26 Dismal situated at Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, which was acquired by them without giving any notice to the petitioner for construction of N.H.-19.
(iii) For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to make payment of compensation amount to the petitioner with interest as her land bearing Khata No. - 14, Plot No. 260, Thana No. 560, measuring 26 Dismal situated at Aurangabad, District - Aurangabad, was acquired by them for construction of N.H. 19 without initiation of land acquisition case against the petitioner.
(iv) The petitioner also prays for the issuance of writ/writs, direction/ directions, order/orders in her favour in the fact and circumstances of this case.”
3. This application shall be heard.
4. Since the State as also the National Highway Authority of India are present, no notice required.
5. Pleadings to be exchanged in six months.
6. Rule is made returnable within a period of one year.
