ORAL ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the Corporation as well as the State.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):-
"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authorities to make payment of all retiral benefits of the petitioner payable to him/her under different heads like as provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, GIC etc. after fixing the pay and pension accordingly in the light of revised fifth and sixth pay scale including the arrears amount of revised salary and pension with interest and calculation chart as the petitioner Mother has been ordered to be retired/death with effect from 24/06/2010 as an Sweeper, from the service of Nagar Parishad Samastipur at Present Municipal Corporation, Samastipur.”
