2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 (304,(B) I.P.C.), 238 (201 I.P.C) of B.N.S.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, Putul Kumari (deceased) was married with the petitioner on 22.04.2024 it is further alleged that on 07.04.2025 she was killed by in-laws and was brought to gulabi ghat for cremation of the deceased.
