3 11-03-2026 1. By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks modification in the order dated 22531/2018, which stood disposed of with following observation/direction:-
“Taking into consideration that the petitioner has an alternative remedy for filing complaint/application, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file complaint/application within one month from the date of receipt of this order before the concerned authority. The delay in filing the complaint/application shall be condoned by the authority concerned, and the authority shall dispose of the same within three months from the date of filing of the same”.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unforeseen circumstances, the complaint/application could not be filed within the time as directed by this Court and, therefore, seeks a further one month’s time for filing complaint/application before the concerned authority.
3. For the reasons stated in the petition, CWJC No 22531/2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall file his complaint / application before the concerned authority, as directed by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2014, within a period of one month from today.
4. With the aforesaid aforesaid observation /
direction, the modification application stands disposed of.
