2 10-03-2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(c), 34 and 36 of the Excise Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases under the Excise Act and allegation is of recovery of 75 litres of liquor from Itawa English chawar Dariyapur along with 6400 litres of mahua pass which was destroyed.

4. The learned counsel for th
