11 10-03-2026 Interlocutory Application No.02 of 2024 This interlocutory application has been filed for substituting the heirs and legal representatives of petitioner nos.1 and 2, Rajendra Singh @ Lallan Singh and Jitendra Singh @ Munna Singh respectively, who died on 12.12.2020 and 13.01.2024, leaving behind the heirs and legal representatives whose details are mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 and 3 of the interlocutory application.

2. A duly executed vakalatnama on behalf of the heirs filed along with interlocutory application.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the interlocutory application, same is allowed.

4. Office is directed to delete the name of the petitioner no.1 and 2 from the cause title of the writ petition and substitute the name of their heirs and legal representatives in their place.

5. Interlocutory Application No.02 of 2024 stands allowed.

Interlocutory Application No.03 of 2024

6. This interlocutory application has been filed for expunging the name of the petitioner no.4, Mosy. Atarbas Kuer, who died on 14.04.20211, leaving behind the heirs and legal representatives, who are already on record as petitioner nos.5 and 6. Further, prayer has been for declaring the petitioner nos.5 and 6 as major as they have attained majority during pendency of this writ application as also to discharge their guardian from the guardianship of the petitioner nos.5 and 6.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted two weeks’ time to file duly executed vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner nos.5 and 6, who have now attained majority.

Interlocutory Application No.04 of 2025 Bhupendra Singh @ Pappu Singh, who died on 21.04.2025 leaving behind the heirs and legal representatives whose details are mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 of the interlocutory application.

10. A duly executed vakalatnama on behalf of the heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner no.3 has been filed along with interlocutory application.

11. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the interlocutory application, same is allowed.

12. Office is directed to delete the name of the petitioner no.3 from the cause title of the writ petition and substitute the name of his heirs and legal representatives in his place.

13. Interlocutory Application No.04 of 2025 stands allowed.

14. Since this matter is of the year 2007, list this case under the heading “For Admission” after two weeks provided it is defect free.
