1. Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take action or pass a speaking order on representation dated 10.12.2024, Annexure P-7, moved by the petitioner and for directing the respondents to challenge the award dated 09.10.2024, Annexure P-6.
2. Facts, in brief, leading to the filing of the petition, are that the respondents granted a letter of intent for allotment of dealership of petrol pump outlet to one Suman Lata in the year 2005. As Suman Lata did not possess land for setting up the pump, she entered into a partnership with the petitioner, who offered to lease his land to the respondents for running the petrol dispensing pump. Vide deed dated 10.04.2017, Annexure P-1, a partnership firm, M/s Mahalaxmi Filling KAMAL SHARMA Station (Sirsi), was constituted and by a lease deed dated 17.04.2017, Annexure P-2, petitioner leased the land to the respondents for a period of 30 years with effect from 01.04.2017. A license agreement dated 29.05.2017, Annexure P-3, for sale of petroleum products was entered into between the respondents
