This is plaintiffs’ appeal against the judgment and decree dated

26.07.2019 passed by the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram, dismissing the appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 06.09.2016 passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Gurgaon, vide which the suit for recovery of Rs.72,64,924/- along with pendente lite and future interest @ 12% per annum, filed by them was dismissed.

3. The facts, in brief, are that plaintiffs (Inderjeet, Anil Kumar and Mukesh Kumar) filed a suit for recovery of Rs.72,64,924/- against the defendant (M/s Pivotal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.).
